Ashley Hough

Ashley has over 15 years of operational and financial experience.

Ashley sits on the Boards of portfolio companies and works closely with the management teams to develop and deliver the business plans. Since joining Ancala in 2019 Ashley has worked on a number of key initiatives in portfolio companies and developing strategies to mitigate portfolio level risks.

Prior to joining Ancala, Ashley worked at Serco in a variety of financial and commercial roles, including on the Skynet PFI and a contract with the European Space Agency to provide its IT infrastructure.

Before that, Ashley worked at Deloitte in Audit and Restructuring Services and served for 6 years in the British Army as a Commissioned Officer in the Royal Gurkha Rifles.

Ashley is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and holds a MA in Geopolitics, Territory and Security from King’s College London and a BSc in Anthropology from UCL.
