Juhani Sillanpaa

Juhani joined Ancala in 2021 and has strong experience both in asset management and as an infrastructure company executive.

Prior to joining Ancala, Juhani worked for AMP Capital Europe as one of the senior asset managers managing transport and energy assets. Following AMP Capital and Infracapital’s acquisition of Adven in 2016. Juhani joined the senior leadership team at Adven and as CSO  drove inorganic growth initiatives and strategy realisation. Within Adven Juhani played a critical role in delivering 9 acquisitions, 2 disposals, full multi-creditor refinancing, multiple strategy processes, and a successful exit process.

Prior to AMP Capital, Juhani spent 6 years in ABN AMRO’s Principal Finance team.

Juhani’s academic achievements include M.Sc. in Finance from Oulu University and LL.M. (Master of Laws) in EU Law from Liverpool University.
