Ancala recently hosted its inaugural Portfolio Leadership and Value Creation Forum, bringing together senior leaders from across its portfolio companies for a day of discussion, insight-sharing and collaboration.

Held at 8 Bishopsgate in London, the event welcomed more than 30 CEOs and CFOs from 18 Ancala portfolio companies. They were joined by Ancala’s asset management team, Partners, Industry Partners and function heads across ESG, debt financing and marketing and communications, as well as Jonathan White, a Partner at KPMG LLP.

The agenda focused on creating and protecting value and combined Ancala perspectives, external expertise and success stories from across the portfolio, covering areas including debt strategy, exit planning, marketing and communications, ESG and project delivery.

The event enabled portfolio company leaders and the Ancala team to have interactive discussions on portfolio company matters throughout the day and into the evening, against the backdrop of views across London’s city skyline from the 50th floor of 8 Bishopsgate.

Ancala’s Portfolio Leadership and Value Creation Forum reinforces the firm’s proactive approach to asset management and creating value. Ancala’s highly proactive approach has enabled its portfolio companies to grow revenues by an average of 70% under Ancala’s ownership1. The firm has also provided significant follow-on investment, with over 45% of initial equity commitments deployed as additional capital to fund organic growth initiatives and bolt-on acquisitions.1
