As an Industry Partner, Adrian works alongside Ancala’s investment, asset management and portfolio company teams across investment sourcing, due diligence, asset management and exits.
He joined Ancala in 2016 having been a leader and founder of many infrastructure organisations. Adrian has over 30 years’ experience in the energy, telecoms, renewables and services sectors. He is a member of Ancala’s Investment Committee.
Adrian utilises his significant executive and operational experience to mentor management teams, guide value creation plans, unlock opportunities and mitigate risks. He also contributes to Ancala’s investment sourcing.
Adrian co-founded Anesco Limited and Instavolt Limited, both of which have developed into some of the fastest growing companies in the UK under his leadership.
Prior to that, he rose through the ranks within Scottish and Southern Energy (SSE) from an apprentice electrician to become Group Managing Director, with responsibility for contracting, telecoms, micro-renewables, utility solutions, M&A activity, Ventures and data centres across the UK.
