Frederick joined Ancala in 2024 and brings over 25 years’ experience across infrastructure and energy sectors. Prior to Ancala, he served as CEO of Marverde Infraestructura, a KKR-backed company which specialised in the sale and leaseback of energy infrastructure assets. Earlier in his career, he worked in smart card manufacturing and oil & gas services at Schlumberger, before becoming a Principal at Boston Consulting Group.
Frederick holds a MPA from Harvard University, as well as a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Technology & Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey and Ecole Centrale Paris respectively. He also holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
