He joined Ancala in 2024 and has over nine years of real asset investor relations experience split across both private and public markets.
Prior to joining Ancala, Hal worked at InfraRed Capital Partners as a infrastructure product specialist, which included responsibility for all aspects of the investor relations function for HICL Infrastructure PLC, a ~£2.5bn market cap critical infrastructure fund.
Previously, Hal spent three years at Cyrus Investment Management, a small-cap investor focused on British engineering companies, where he was responsible for fundraising, investor communications and corporate governance.
Hal holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Hons) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia. He also holds a Certificate in Investor Relations (CIR) from the Investor Relations Society London and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).
