Hardip is responsible for developing Ancala’s human resources operations, processes and long-term strategies to drive sustainable growth and enhance organisational effectiveness.

Hardip joined Ancala in December 2024. She brings over 20 years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Throughout her career, Hardip has worked across a variety of industries, including law, investments and technology, gaining a wealth of expertise in scaling businesses and aligning human resourcing strategies with organisational goals.

Prior to joining Ancala, Hardip has held Head of HR roles in early-stage businesses, where she has been responsible for designing and implementing frameworks, driving people strategies and supporting growth during critical scaling phases.

Hardip holds a BSc in Sociology and Media Studies from City University.
