As an Industry Partner, Heike works alongside Ancala’s investment, asset management and portfolio company teams across investment sourcing, due diligence, asset management and exits.
She first started working with Ancala in 2022 and became an Industry Partner in 2026. Heike has more than 25 years’ experience in the energy sector within management, infrastructure development and operational delivery. She is a member of Ancala’s Investment and Valuation Committees.
Heike utilises her significant executive and operational experience to mentor management teams, guide value creation plans, unlock opportunities and mitigate risks. Heike also contributes to Ancala’s investment sourcing.
Heike has held senior positions at leading global energy businesses, including Voith and Areva. She also brings significant experience in sales, marketing and commercial strategy.
