He joined Ancala in 2024 and has more than five years’ experience working in investment banking and private equity.
Jayden previously worked for the Victor Smorgon Group, an Australian family office, where he was part of the private equity team that focused on asset-backed investments.
Prior to the Victor Smorgon Group, Jayden worked for Gresham Partners where he worked on transactions across sectors including transport, healthcare, technology, and industrials.
Jayden holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the University of Melbourne.
