He joined Ancala in 2024 and has over 15 years’ experience working in the energy and infrastructure industries. Before Ancala, Sebastian worked in the Infrastructure Team of Allianz Capital Partners and, prior to that, at 3i Infrastructure. Previously, he worked at National Grid in the Group Strategy Team in London. Sebastian started his career in strategy consulting with Roland Berger’s Energy & Utilities Team, based in Berlin.
Sebastian holds an MBA from INSEAD, a degree in Industrial Engineering from TU Berlin and a degree in Business Management from ESCP Europe.
