Weronika supports Ancala’s investment team on new investments and portfolio company activity.
She joined Ancala in 2025 and has more than two years’ experience working in investment banking.
Prior to joining Ancala, Weronika worked as an Analyst at Santander in its Corporate & Investment Banking’s M&A team where she focused on energy and infrastructure.
Weronika holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from the University of York and a Master of Science in Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
