As an Industry Partner, Tore works alongside Ancala’s investment, asset management and portfolio company teams across investment sourcing, due diligence, asset management and exits.
He first started working with Ancala in 2023 and became an Industry Partner in 2026. Tore has more than 30 years’ of senior international leadership experience across the energy and industrial sectors. He is a member of Ancala’s Investment and Valuation Committees.
Tore utilises his significant executive and operational experience to mentor management teams, guide value creation plans, unlock opportunities and mitigate risks. Tore also contributes to Ancala’s investment sourcing.
Prior to Ancala, Tore held senior executive roles at global industrial and energy businesses including General Electric, Celanese and BASF. Notably, he developed and successfully implemented a management buyout from privately held Allessa Chemie to create TouGas Oilfield Solutions in May 2013, serving as President and CEO through December 2021.
