Bethany is responsible for managing Ancala’s human resources operations, processes and long-term strategies to drive sustainable growth and enhance organisational effectiveness.
She joined Ancala in 2026 and brings over seven years’ human resources experience working within financial services.
Bethany joined Ancala from BlueCove, a fixed income asset management firm which was acquired by Ares Management, where she was the Human Resources & Recruitment Manager. In this role, Bethany supported a broad range of people activities and developed processes across recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and operations.
Bethany began her career at Thomas International, a psychometric testing company, where she focused on recruitment.
Beth holds a BA in History from the University of Southampton. She completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Law in 2026 with the University of Law. Beth also holds a Certificate in ESG Investing and an Investment Management Certificate, both awarded by the CFA.
