Grace works on the implementation of ESG throughout the investment lifecycle, developing improvement plans, tracking progress and meeting reporting obligations
She joined Ancala in 2026. Prior to this, Grace worked at Hg Capital where she coordinated the firm’s sustainability data management and liaised with portfolio companies to model ESG performance and drive progress and alignment with their operational plans.
Previously, Grace spent three years at Bates White Economic Consulting where she built damages quantifications for legal disputes as part of the firm’s finance practice.
Grace holds a BA in Economics from the College of William and Mary, Virginia and an MSc in Climate Change Finance & Investment from the University of Edinburgh.
